Categories mean division of section. Categories is the feature by which you differentiate between your social updates. You can manage it into different section .
Work flow of categories
You can categorize your updates in different section of the category. There are different categories available in the S3Engage library
Add new Category
You can simply add the new category by option given in the bottom of categories section. Enter category name of your choice and click “Add Button”.
Default Categories listed in S3Engage
When you get started with S3Engage we will provide you set of different categories which you can also delete if not required.
