If you will cancelled your subscription earlier and you want to reactivate your account. First, loggin your S3Engage account. In setting, click “upgrade membership” and subscribe new plan through “Paypal”. Now, your account will automatically reactivate.

How do I delete my S3Engage account?
In order to cancel your subscription, you must log in to your PayPal account and cancel the existing subscription.
How I can find my billing history?
You can access billing Information from setting page whether you are existing customer or not. Those who inactive their account can also check billing history. Go to “Setting” option and select “My Account” Click “Payment Receipt” Now, you can see your billing information with proper ref id, date, amount, receipt
Where is my Payment Receipt?
You can review your “Payment Receipt” from “My Account” option easily. You will also get mail from S3Engage regarding your succesful payment.
What is the mode of payments do you accept?
Mode of payment: Paypal – you can make your payment through Paypal account.
How can I update my plan?
You can change your plan from “My account” page by “Upgrade Membership” section. You can easily switch from current plan to another with the help of subscribe option given. Make your payment and enjoy the benefits of another plan.
