Message Queue is the section where it displays sequence of your updates(both schedule or manually updates). You can review date, time, network of published updates.
Delete option
If you don’t want to publish any update for some time. Delete option is given so you can simply delete the meassage from queue at that time.
Filteration facility
You can filter your updates by the given option on the left side ie Filter by Category or Filter by Account
